So, here we are in middle of June already! The weather the last few days here in Western PA has just been fabulous! Temperatures in low 70’s and no humidity. I just wish the rest of summer could be this perfect!
Hubby and I have been working in the yard, spreading 35 bags of mulch around the flower beds and power washing the house. He worked in his garden putting in the vegetable plants, and I was busy with my flowers, I’m so thankful to the couple that lived in this home before we bought it, she had so many perennials planted. Unfortunately, we had to dig up all the hydrangeas last fall. They were big and didn’t bloom, I tried for 4 years to figure out why, but in the end we decided to dig them out. We mulched that area and I have it decorated with some of my primitive items, but I’m still working on it, so maybe I will share that with you at a later time.
So, here is a look at some of the flowers around our home!
