Fall Decorating For Your Dining Room Chandelier

It’s that time of year to get the fall decorating going. It takes me a while, doing one room at a time. Today, I worked on the Dining Room.  I don’t do much Fall decorating in here except for my table and my chandelier.  I changed it up a little this year because of some new decorations I got at Goodwill over the past year.

This is what the chandelier looks like…typical brass!

I bought this orange, pip berry garland for $1.99 at Goodwill! I know, why would someone get rid of it?

So, I spread open the berries, you know fluff them up a bit, and then draped it over the bottom arms of the light, securing the ends to each other.

After you get the garland on the light, you can play around with it some more. Since the pip berries are on wires, they bend into any shape, so just move them around until you like how it looks. Next, I took a rusty, wire, metal leaf garland, that I paid 25 cents for at a yard sale, and wrapped it around the top arms of the light.

I actually got two of them for that price!

I love anything that looks old and rusty!!

Lastly, I am putting on these black, candle shades, also a Goodwill find 2 years ago for 25 cents for each.

I couldn’t believe it that there was exactly 10 of them so I paid $2.50 for them!  When our Lovebird is out of her cage, she likes to sit on top of them.  I have to keep the lights on to keep her off of it!  I like that the inside of the shades are gold because when the light is on it gives off a nice warm hue.

And that’s how I decorate my chandelier for Fall!
