Monster Sandwich for 12

Yesterday was the first day of Fall and the weather was beautiful.  This is my favorite time of year, I just love all the colors, smells and activities that are associated with Autumn. I have been drinking pumpkin spice coffee for a few weeks now.  If you missed my post on my homemade Pumpkin Syrup be sure to read that post on my blog.

My family loves this big sandwich that I have named Monster Sandwich for 12, even though our family of 3 can almost eat the whole thing ourselves. It’s the perfect time to make this with fresh garden tomatoes that are available this time of year.   I am putting the recipe into a PDF format so you can print it for yourself.

The type of meat and cheese you use depends on your family.  You can also do two types of meats, like ham and turkey and two types of cheese.  Make it as big as you want!!

This sandwich is great for football parties too!

It may have a lot of steps and seem a little daunting, but your family will love you for making this for them. If you have any questions, I have a page on Facebook stop by and I can help you…Terri
