Instant Pot Creamy Corn

Today, I used the slow cooker function on my Instant Pot. I made creamy corn, a recipe from my Daughter-in-law,  who made it when we visited in December. It is Delicious!
What you will need:
16 oz of frozen corn
6 oz of cream cheese- cubed
1/4 cup of butter- cubed
2 T or 1/8 cup of milk
2 T of white sugar
2 slices of American Cheese


Put corn into the inner liner of the Instant Pot. Cut cream cheese and butter into cubes, add the milk and sugar.

Put glass lid on your pot and turn on the slow cooker function. Once the cream cheese and butter begin to melt, add the American Cheese and give everything a good stir. Stir about every 30 minutes. Mine cooked for about 2 hrs and it was done. Everything just needs to melt together.
